MISIÓN

Promover y desarrollar la electrificación en áreas rurales no servidas y no concesionadas a partir de fuentes de energía renovables y no renovables; de forma eficiente, económica y sostenible, con el fin de proporcionar su desarrollo y así mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes de las comunidades rurales de nuestro país.

VISIÓN

Desarrollar soluciones de electrificación para aumentar el acceso de la población rural a servicios de electricidad que sirvan de soporte para el desarrollo integral del país. leer más..

Conoce OER

Proyecto de Electrificación Rural a través de Extensión de Redes

Este componente contempla financiar la expansión de la cobertura de electrificación rural principalmente bajo un esquema de provisión de subsidios a los distribuidores pero sin eliminar necesaria y totalmente el esquema que viene empleando actualmente la OER para la ejecución de las obras.

Este componente comprende dos modalidades:

  • Electrificación de localidades mediante proyectos de extensión de redes.
  • Densificación de clientes localizados en áreas que cuentan con redes de distribución pero que, por diferentes razones, no están conectados.

Proyecto de Electrificación Rural en Sistemas Aislados

Este componente contempla el desarrollo de proyectos piloto de micro y/o pequeñas hidroeléctricas, plantas eólicas, sistemas fotovoltaicos u otras energías renovables orientadas a preservar el medio ambiente, mejorando la calidad ambiental del abastecimiento energético y reduciendo de manera importante los costos de la energía mediante la sustitución de sistemas de generación diesel.
